Managing partners are C-level Executives with over 15 years of experience. They are developed or natural leaders with strong business development and people skills. They set the ideal foundation to drive their category forward.
Managing partners have ownership in Big Cheese, and they work directly with their own clients, just like other partners.
For their contribution, managing partners also receive quarterly bonuses based on achievement of KPI's.
Principals have at least 10 years of senior executive experience, bringing strong, versatile business & category skills.
They work directly with clients on short & long-term engagements. Principals may also build appropriate services into the general practice to advance the organization and their individual earning potential.
While principals are not owners, they benefit from the growth of the company receiving bonuses & other benefits.
Specialists are proven professionals who support partners & clients on short & long-term projects. They may work directly with clients, as needed.
They are not partners, but as esteemed contributors they are well compensated and allow a wonderful work & life balance, contributing as little as 35 hours weekly in 44 weeks per year.
Big Cheese provides solos with a shared model enabling them to have the cache', marketing, back-office support. legal, benefits, community, referral & referral fees, higher pay and bonus fund they would not have access to as solo practitioners.
